The Daria Episode Guide:
College Bored

Daria and Quinn get forced into a college prep class. As part of the class they have to visit a college, so they go to Helen and Jake's old school.
Helen and Jake go off to check out Jake's old dorm room, and Quinn gets the tour guide (Heather) to take them to frat street. Quinn pretends to be a sorority pledge, and Daria and Heather go off to watch Sick Sad World.
Daria ends up rewriting Heather's term paper, and gets paid to rewrite other students papers. Jake goes to the bursar to talk about tuition, and Helen goes to find Quinn.
Quinn becomes the Keg Queen of the frat, just as Heather and Daria are heading out to a party. Helen and Jake come up in a police car, and all the Morgendorffers get kicked off campus.

Quinn: I think people who run over animals should get run over themselves to see how they like it.
Daria: What about the unpopular animals?
Quinn: Unpopular animals don't count.
Daria:  What about the stupid ones?

"Actually, I may just skip college and stay home. It'll save me the trouble of moving back in later." - Daria ("College Bored")

"Can we get on with this? I have someplace to go. Television counts as a place." - Jane ("College Bored")

"How come even in my fantasies everyone's a jerk?" - Daria ("College Bored")

Teacher: You have to know how to take a test. Like, when you get a multiple choice question, you can usually eliminate two of the answers right off.
Brittany: Excuse me, sir? Does that work with true/false?

Helen: How refreshing, to see someone doing school work.
College Boy at Computer: Actually, I'm sending an erotic letter to a female inmate I met on the internet. I think she's female...

"Seems like only yesterday I was partying with the best of them. I was pretty wild. Still am when I feel like it." - Helen ("College Bored")

"Thrown out of college without enrolling first.  I'm damn proud of you." - Jane ("College Bored")

Wraith's Ramblings:
Although it touches on the usual US cartoon conventions (the falling gargoyle) it's still a break from them. We get to find out a bit more about the parents and what they think of their kids, and Daria once again shows her skill in taking advantage of various situations. Daria's reading is commented upon for the first time.
