Notables:

Sandi's comment about "Quinn has very high nose standards" may be a pun (on the writer's part, doubt Sandi would use it) on the old "nose in the air" = snob.

Sandi complains about that thing that Quinn always wears, while, of course, ignoring that thing she always wears.

Hopefully this was unintentional, but in the scene where Quinn is searching for the Fashion Club the song playing in the background goes "why is everybody always picking on me". At the same time, the Fashion Clubbers are off getting their noses done... normally, I wouldn't expect this sort of humor in this show, but we do see the Lawndale versions of Beavis and Butthead in this episode.

Principal Li caves to students pretty easily about some things.

Doctor Shar's monkey video may be a play on the intro to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Dr. Shar has seemingly sampled too much of her own merchandise, although you have to wonder how she managed to do it.

Jane uses her left hand to paint, while before she had been using her right hand.

Kevin's Ugly Outfit (his second one) is reminiscent of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

In this episode we unfortunately encounter the Beavis and Butt-head of Lawndale High.

"Um... Guy" is in line when Kevin is handing out money at the end of the show.

The ending is also a play on Dr. Shar's earlier comment that money can make anyone look beautiful.

Mistakes:

How did Daria know to look at Brooke's nose? Quinn probably overheard the other girls talking about the nose-job, but Daria was at the other end of the hall.

The video captures of Daria and Quinn has a blue background, but Dr. Shar's office is not blue.

Most computer keyboard keys don't light up when pushed (like Dr.Shar's).

The televisions in Dr. Shar's office turn on and off at random.

In "Too Cute" the picture in Daria's locker kept switching form flying and crashing, and is also at different heights on the door.

Double Meanings:

Ms. Barch's comment about the US Department of Deluded Adolescents is probably a reference to the USDA (Department of Agriculture), which grades meat. This also convey's Ms. Barch's view of the popular girls.
